| Charitable Donation Mandate

As with many organizations, each has to have a mandate to follow and structure and purpose to operate. The JCI Fort Erie organization gets many letters and phone calls requesting
donations of time and money towards almost everything imaginable. Unable to meet every request, JCI Fort Erie Chapter has a Charitable Objectives and Purposes mandate to help keep
us focused on our goals.
If you are seeking funding and your request does not meet the statement below, other organizations may have a mandate that will allow them to help you in your need. The Fort Erie
Chamber of Commerce may be able to assist you in contacting these organizations.
Our Charitable Objectives and Purposes
o To carry on and/or provide funding for educational programs for the promotion and furtherance of civic responsibility and community development among the residents of Fort Erie and,
o To organize and operate community events oriented towards the youth which promote camaraderie, fellowship, and the strengthening of social ties within the community.
